We want you to understand the agreement before you book. Ask us about anything that is unclear.
1. Booking requests
A website form, email or message is a request for availability, not a confirmed reservation. Please provide accurate traveler names, party size, preferred dates, room arrangement and any health, dietary or mobility information relevant to the itinerary.
Complex custom trips may require additional time while accommodation, transport and activities are checked.
2. Proposal and price
Your written proposal describes the route, included services, accommodation category, total price, payment schedule and quote-validity date. Prices are based on the stated party size; changes may require repricing.
Unless specified, international flights, travel insurance, visas, lunches, drinks, entrance fees, personal purchases and gratuities are not included.
3. Deposit
The written proposal states the deposit amount, due date and whether any supplier payment is non-refundable. These terms may vary with travel dates and the services requested.
Use only the payment instructions stated on your invoice. Any applicable bank, exchange or processing charges must be disclosed before payment.
4. Confirmation
The booking is confirmed only when Packages Morocco has received the required deposit and issued a written confirmation or paid invoice. Please review names, dates and services immediately and report errors within 48 hours.
5. Balance payment
The invoice states the balance amount and due date. A booking may be treated as cancelled if an agreed payment is not received by that date, subject to the written terms accepted for the trip.
6. If a service cannot be confirmed
If a named hotel, camp or activity is unavailable before confirmation, we offer a comparable alternative or revise the proposal. If no acceptable arrangement is possible, any payment received for the unconfirmed booking is returned.
Private tours do not normally require a minimum group size beyond the number quoted. If a specifically advertised shared activity has a minimum, it will be disclosed in the proposal.
7. Travel documents
After final payment, we provide the confirmed itinerary, accommodation list, meeting instructions and on-trip contact. Travelers remain responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and meeting entry requirements.
