We use data to answer requests, design and operate tours, process bookings, coordinate suppliers, provide safety support, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse and improve services. Marketing messages are sent only when permitted, and you can opt out at any time.

Only information needed to provide the trip is shared with relevant hotels, camps, guides, drivers, activity operators and payment providers. Some suppliers may be independent data controllers under their own policies.

Essential cookies support site and form functions. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should not load until the configured consent mechanism allows them. This starter website does not include third-party trackers by default.

Enquiry data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service, follow-up and legal records. Booking and transaction records may be retained for tax and regulatory periods. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information and may object to certain processing. Identity verification may be required. Legal recordkeeping duties can limit deletion.
