Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges

Cancellation must be sent in writing by the lead traveler. The applicable charge is the amount stated in the confirmed booking terms, including any non-refundable supplier costs disclosed before payment.

Because accommodation and activities can have different rules, review the cancellation schedule in your proposal carefully. We recommend insurance that covers cancellation for eligible reasons.

No-shows and unused services

No refund is provided for no-shows, late arrival, early departure or services voluntarily unused after the tour begins. We will reasonably help travelers reconnect with the itinerary, but additional transport or accommodation is charged at cost.

Changes requested by travelers

Date or service changes are subject to availability and supplier terms. Any price difference, change fee or lost non-refundable payment is payable by the traveler. A major date change may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

Weather and force majeure

Weather, road closures, natural events, government action, epidemics, civil disturbance and similar events beyond reasonable control may require route or service changes. We prioritize safety and provide the closest practical alternative.

Refunds for services not provided depend on amounts recoverable from suppliers. Packages Morocco is not responsible for consequential costs such as flights, extra hotels or visa changes; these should be claimed through travel insurance where covered.

Cancellation by Packages Morocco

If we cancel a confirmed tour for reasons within our control, you may accept a comparable alternative or receive a refund of payments made to us for the affected tour. This is the limit of our responsibility for company-initiated cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund timing

Any approved refund is initiated after the amount recoverable from the relevant suppliers is established. The payment provider or bank may require additional processing time.
