We want you to understand the agreement before you book. Ask us about anything that is unclear.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to bookings made with Packages Morocco. The lead traveler confirms authority to accept them for every person named in the booking and is responsible for sharing all trip information and terms.
2. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers must provide accurate information, arrive at meeting points on time, respect Moroccan law and local customs, follow reasonable safety instructions and treat staff, communities, property and other guests respectfully.
We may end a traveler’s participation when conduct creates a safety risk, seriously disrupts the trip or harms people, animals or property. Resulting costs are the traveler’s responsibility and unused services are not refunded.
3. Passports, visas and insurance
Each traveler is responsible for passports, visas, entry rules, vaccinations and comprehensive travel insurance. Advice from our team is general and should be verified with official sources.
4. Health, fitness and accessibility
Travelers must disclose needs that may affect safe participation. Morocco tours can involve uneven medina lanes, stairs, heat, altitude and long drives. We make reasonable efforts to adapt services but cannot guarantee accessibility unless confirmed in writing.
Travelers should consult a medical professional about personal fitness and medication. Emergency or medical costs remain the traveler’s responsibility.
5. Itinerary changes
Routes, timings and named properties may change because of availability, weather, road conditions, local events or operational needs. We aim to preserve the character and value of the trip and communicate material changes promptly.
6. Third-party services
Hotels, camps, guides, restaurants and activity operators provide services as independent suppliers under their own operational rules. Packages Morocco selects partners with care but is not responsible for acts outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
7. Risk and liability
Travel includes inherent risks, particularly road journeys, desert conditions, hiking, camel riding and activities in remote areas. Travelers participate voluntarily and must follow safety guidance. Our liability is limited to direct loss caused by our failure to provide contracted services with reasonable care, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Complaints
Raise concerns immediately with the driver, guide or on-trip contact so we can try to resolve them. If unresolved, send a written complaint with relevant details within 14 days after the tour ends.
9. Governing law
The booking agreement is governed by the laws of Morocco. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes directly; unresolved matters fall under the competent Moroccan courts unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
